How We Dispatch Your Order
Every order leaves with packaging suited to its category, and every shipment is tracked from handover to delivery.
Secure Packaging
Orders are dispatched in secure packaging tailored to the item category, so each product arrives in the condition it left us.
Tracking Updates
Tracking identifiers are generated once shipments transfer to logistics carriers, so you can follow your parcel from there.
Careful Handling
Delivery handling covers standard parcels, fragile glassware, and bulk goods, with extra care for honey and electronic items.
